3D<\/strong> \u00e8 bene fare una differenza fra i modelli rappresentanti dispositivi medici custom made, paziente specifico e modelli generici. Questa distinzione \u00e8 importante affinch\u00e9 la<strong> scelta del modello da stampare<\/strong> ricada sulla soluzione giusta, capace di rispondere in maniera efficace alla destinazione d\u2019uso e all\u2019ambito regolatorio appropriato.<\/p><p>Scegliamo anche questa volta di entrare nel dettaglio con la collaborazione di <strong>Nils Winkes, Sales Manager Medical EMEA di <a href=\"https:\/\/bio3dmodel.it\/stampanti-3d-stratasys\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stratasys<\/a><\/strong>, il cui compito \u00e8 proprio quello di <strong>potenziare le competenze di un pubblico medicale<\/strong>, verso la conoscenza delle tecnologie additive e della stampa 3D. Ringraziamo quindi Nils per il contributo attraverso il quale \u00e8 stata realizzata questa seconda <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bio3dmodel.it\/blog-bio3dnews\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BIO3DNews<\/a> <\/strong>ed entriamo nel vivo del tema.<\/p><h3>I modelli 3D medicali<\/h3><p>I <strong>modelli 3D medicali, custom e paziente specifico, o personalizzati<\/strong>, vengono stampati in 3D a partire da un file STL elaborato direttamente da immagini diagnostiche (TAC o RM) e rispondono in maniera accurata alle specifiche caratteristiche morfologiche del paziente e della sua patologia. \u00c8 possibile infatti ottenere riproduzioni il pi\u00f9 fedeli possibile alla reale anatomia, nel nostro caso in resina polimerica, che riportano l\u2019esatta conformazione non solo dell\u2019arto, del tessuto o dell\u2019organo, ma anche della situazione clinica (malformazione, contusione, frattura, massa cancerosa, escoriazione o altro).<\/p><p>Questi modelli 3D sono strumenti utili in particolare per la <a href=\"https:\/\/bio3dmodel.it\/stampa-3d-biomedicale\/pianificazione-chirurgica-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>pratica preoperatoria<\/strong><\/a>, in quanto consentono al chirurgo di simulare l\u2019operazione direttamente sul modello, arrivando in sala con un\u2019idea chiara su come condurre l\u2019intervento al fine di ottenere un risultato ottimale. Inoltre, tali modelli stampati in 3D <strong>facilitano la comunicazione fra medico e paziente<\/strong>, fornendo una dimostrazione pratica dell\u2019intervento a cui il paziente verr\u00e0 sottoposto e delle relative condizioni patologiche dello stesso.<\/p><h3>Le stampanti 3D Stratasys<\/h3><p>Per la produzione di modelli 3D possono essere impiegate <a href=\"https:\/\/bio3dmodel.it\/stampanti-3d-stratasys\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>stampanti 3D Stratasys DAP<\/strong><\/a>, con tecnologia <em>PolyJet<\/em>, che garantiscono prestazioni eccellenti in tema di materiali con caratteristiche biomeccaniche verosimili, colori e risoluzione. Questi sistemi di stampa sono presenti all\u2019interno del <a href=\"https:\/\/bio3dmodel.it\/bio3dmodel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>competence center di Bio3Dmodel<\/strong> <\/a>e sono disponibili sia per l\u2019acquisto diretto che per uso tramite medical service. Tra i <strong>materiali utilizzabili<\/strong> abbiamo:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Agilus30:<\/strong> un fotopolimero compatibile con il sistema di stampa 3D J850 Stratasys, pronto a sopportare a lungo strappi, flessioni e piegature. Agilus30 \u00e8 flessibile e capace di offrire una risposta tattile morbida e realistica.<\/li><li><strong>Bone Matrix:<\/strong> la soluzione che consente di creare strutture ossee porose, tessuti fibrotici e legamenti, riproducendo densit\u00e0 e comportamento delle parti muscoloscheletriche naturali.<\/li><li><strong>Tissue Matrix:<\/strong> morbido ma resistente, simile al tessuto umano, questo materiale viene utilizzato da Bio3DModel per la stampa 3D di tessuti molli e\/o adiposi, fibrotici, organi molli e masse tumorali, con possibilit\u00e0 di testing su taglio, perforazione e sutura.<\/li><li><strong>Radio Matrix:<\/strong> la soluzione radiopaca per stampa 3D di modelli in VERO e non solo, per conferire massimo realismo alle parti da sottoporre a diagnostica e imaging medico.<\/li><li><strong>Gel Matrix e linea Gel Support:<\/strong> lo dice la parola stessa, si tratta di materiale gel prevalentemente usato come soluzioni di supporto per la creazione di strutture vascolari a parete sottile e a lume cavo, ma adatti anche per la stampa realistica di organi molli e tessuti adiposi.<\/li><\/ul><p>Esiste poi una specifica gamma di <strong>materiali VERO<\/strong>, resine rigide funzionali per lo sviluppo di prototipi utilizzabili in sala operatoria (ma non adatti al contatto umano).<\/p><p>L\u2019uso di <strong>resine colorate<\/strong>, in particolare, facilita la differenziazione delle aree da trattare, ad esempio ventricolo destro e sinistro nel caso di una riproduzione 3D del cuore. Le aree in questione vengono suddivise gi\u00e0 in fase di progetto tramite un processo di segmentazione, che consente di delimitare le diverse aree rendendole facilmente identificabili. Questa pratica consente una migliore comprensione della situazione, partendo dal modello 3D.<\/p><p>Entrando invece nel merito dei <strong>modelli 3D medicali<\/strong>, che da un punto di vista regolatorio non risultano essere dispositivi medici, \u00e8 utile notare come questi modelli stampati in 3D si prestino ad essere in particolare alleati <strong>utili per la formazione clinica<\/strong>, facilitando la comprensione dell\u2019anatomia di ossa, tessuti e organi, ma anche al <strong>testing di nuovi dispositivi medici per il recupero post-operatorio<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Si tratta di modelli tridimensionali <strong>in grado di riprodurre fedelmente<\/strong> sia la struttura che il comportamento biomeccanico della parte del corpo, tuttavia non possono essere considerati come dispositivi medici in quanto non vengono necessariamente ottenuti da immagini diagnostiche riferite ad un paziente reale ma possono essere modellati e segmentati secondo l\u2019esigenza di formazione o testing.<\/p><h3>Conclusione<\/h3><p>In conclusione, nell\u2019ambito della formazione medica, tali modelli consentono di approfondire lo <strong>studio anatomico<\/strong> di ossa, organi e tessuti.<\/p><p>Possiamo quindi dire che la <strong>stampa 3D<\/strong>, in ambito clinico, continua a compiere passi avanti per il supporto alla formazione e alla pratica chirurgica, nell\u2019ottica di ottenere migliori risultati in ambito operatorio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
