tecnologie digitali tridimensionali, della stampa 3D industriale, dei servizi avanzati di stampa nel settore aerospaziale ed automobilistico, comunica di aver sviluppato <strong>un nuovo prototipo di simulatore aortico per accesso endovascolare, completamente in 3D<\/strong>. Uno strumento in grado di replicare fedelmente le strutture dell\u2019aorta e delle patologie di un paziente a partire dalle immagini diagnostiche (TAC e RM). <strong>Si tratta di un progetto di stampa 3D biomedicale unico al mondo e 100% Made in Italy<\/strong>, realizzato nel polo tecnologico Bio3DModel di Barberino Tavarnelle (FI) guidato dall\u2019Ing. Giovan Battista Semplici, con i pi\u00f9 avanzati sistemi di stampa 3D medicale.<\/p><h3><strong>Come funziona il simulatore aortico<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>Tramite tecnologia additiva, il simulatore aortico crea una fedele riproduzione della struttura vascolare dall\u2019aorta alle arterie femorali<\/strong>. A partire dalle immagini diagnostiche (ad esempio, l\u2019esito di una TAC), <strong>il software elabora le informazioni e le trasmette alla stampante 3D<\/strong> (modello: <a href=\"https:\/\/bio3dprinting.it\/stampanti-3d-stratasys\/stampante-j850-digital-anatomy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stratasys J750 Digital Anatomy<\/a>), la quale stampa una <strong>copia perfetta delle strutture vascolari utilizzando resine fotosensibili specifiche per il settore biomedicale<\/strong>. Il simulatore aortico pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato per effettuare training chirurgici. I <strong>simulatori<\/strong> risultano perci\u00f2 utilissimi per aumentare l\u2019abilit\u00e0 medico-chirugica e per consentire il training su determinate specializzazioni, come cardiovascolare o addominale. Fare pratica su un simulatore, prima che sul paziente, risulta fondamentale.
