“Looking at the future”: Bio3DPrinting at Exposanità

La 22ma edizione di “Exposanità”, la Mostra Internazionale al Servizio della Sanità e dell’Assistenza, che si è svolta a Bologna Fiere, è stata un’occasione importante per confrontarsi con le realtà dei servizi sanitari che oggi, dopo l’emergenza pandemica, vivono una stagione di grandi cambiamenti.
Il titolo “Rivolti al Futuro” riflette questa consapevolezza, e non a caso lo spazio di Bio3DPrinting è stato al centro dell’attenzione per le sue tecnologie in grado di semplificare e migliorare il mondo della medicina.

Additive printing in healthcare is now well known, but has yet to show its full potential. 3D printers are not simply a tool for surgeons to improve preparation and reduce the risk and possibility of errors; they change the relationship with the patient, who receives personalized therapy, and they change the composition of the medical team with the necessary inclusion of figures with expertise in the field of biotechnology. Bio3DModel technologies are already protagonists of this revolution. It is not the future, it is already present.
